Autopage has terrible customer service

This is a complaint i made last week on HelloPeter... Autopage only seemed to respond to the complaint saying they will attend to it, but have not done anything to sort out this issue as yet. How many times am I supposed to send a complaint before it is actually corrected?

My cell phone contract with Autopage came to an end in December 2013, and I wanted to terminate any further dealings with them after this period. I was told that I need to send at least a month's written notice to Autopage to indicate to them that I want to terminate this contract after it expires in December. I have done this in October 2013, and Autopage has sent me numerous emails and sms confirming receipt of my notice and intention to cancel the contract after is expires in December 2013. However, I find that they have still not terminated my cell phone network services, and am concerned that they will also try to bill me for this period as well, despite receiving 2 months notice of my intention to terminate services. I am very disappointed with this service, but not surprised at the incompetency of Autopage, which has been the general trend I have seen throughout my contract with them
