Over debiting my account

I upgrade my cell phone contract at Virgin Mobile to Galaxy S4 and do the necessary paper work in the beginning of July. The 2 of September comes and get a surprise amount of R500 rand extra coming off my account. I phone Virgin mobile call center and they tell me it is because i renewed my contract and the billing is now pro-rata and not in areas like before. Something that i was not told, so i ask them to send me a bill of my usage and they tell me they can't because their statement run has not run.

The second of October comes and i have not received a detailed statement for the R500 but i also get debited with R1300 and on top of this they debit my account with a further R7740. I phone the billing department again and they tell me it is for the previous phone that i had (which should have been paid off on my contract that expired in June), when i tell then this, they put me on hold and come back saying that they made a mistake and debited my account for the Samsung Galaxy S4. When i enquire when i will get the money back, the consultant say 7 to 14 working days. Meanwhile other debit order are rejected and i have to pay the fees for their mistake. Shocking service
