Vodacom debited my account with R21 588.16!!!

I found out that Vodacom debited my account with R21 588.16 for my telephone bill on November 29, 2013! Upon finding out I immediately went to their Customer Care centre in Canal Walk to lay a complaint. The helpful fellow I spoke to Mr Denrich King could not access the system to find out what happened because they said their system was down. I was there around 13hrs00 today December 3.
This is a lot of money to be taken off someone's account. I need a refund immediately. I could not have used all that data in one month. There should also have been a control in place to warn me if there was such usage which has never happened on my account.
