I can't believe my luck,

After posting a complaint in November 2013 about the poor service I have received from vodacom for being billed a ridiculous amount for mobile data when my account was meant to be capped, and subsequently settling the amount (after months of fighting), my details have YET AGAIN been deleted off the vodacom system putting me in arrears YET AGAIN.

But wait there's more!! Not only can I not use the contract because the related cellphone number has been deleted off the system, I am told by a Vodacom representative, that besides me having the lowest score rating on my profile, I will need to pay a reactivation fee and simcard replacement fee of close to R400!!! Really? Not to mention the GIGS of data owed to me that I will never be able to use and haven't been able to as this account has been inactive practically since the day it was activated. All of this over R99 a month!!!

I have had enough of Vodacom and will now be taking this further.
Prepare yourself for a war.
