WELL DONE VODACOM - YOU'VE BOTCHED IT UP AGAIN!!!

It's now been a full year fighting with this same account. Still, no positive outcome or customer service experience as you so notoriously guarantee!!

My issue dates as far back as November 2012. To start, I phoned into VODACOM to open an account for a vodacom wireless CAPPED MYGIG1 account, to which I was then delivered the wrong device. After waiting almost 6 weeks for the correct device, and finally receiving the handset, it took only 3 months to realise that the device had been blocked and the account handed over as my details had been deleted off the system and therefore VODACOM had not been debiting me for the unused device!!! After having the account reactivated (bearing in mind that I was now owed 3gig unused data), I was finally able to use the device.

SO Imagine my horror and sheer disgust, when on the 1st of September, Vodacom, unauthorised, debited my account with R3, 358.47!!! For data usage... for the month of June! If you do the math, 7 months of unused data = 7gigs unused, coupled with the fact that I took out a contract for a CAPPED ACCOUNT! coupled with HOURS of dispute!! THIS IS STILL NOT RESOLVED!!!

SOUTH AFRICA'S NUMBER 1 WORST SERVICE PROVIDER!!! HOORAH!
