My 3rd billing complaint and still NO response

On November 15, 2013 i sent in a Hello Peter complaint with regards to my November Bill that was payable and debited on 1 December 2013 and vodacom did not respond other than the computer generated response that a consultant would call me shortly to assist and deal with the complaint and needless to say NO ONE did then on 22 November I sent in a second complaint and the same happened, other than a computer generated response that a consultant would call me back NOTHING!!! No one called and when you dial the 111 number it is the same scenario you get told that they can see there is an error and that the problem is being ESCALATED by a senior and that within 48 hrs they will call with feed back. YEA RIGHT this is The Almighty Vodacom we are talking about, if they are not interested well then sorry for you and they just ignore you. What choice do we have if we withdraw all the funds so that the debit order cannot go through then they simply suspend your number and black list you. I called today and spoke to Michael, told him how fed up i was, he acted sympathetic and then proceeded to PURPOSEFULLY give me incorrect details of who could help. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!
