Complaint still unresolved for over 2 months!

I lodged a complaint with regards to incorrect billing in November 2013. On the 11th of November 2013 I requested that a 1 GB data bundle be loaded to my contract and it was not. The recorded conversation with the Cell C consultant was positive evidence of this request. I was therefore charged out of bundle rates for data in November and have since not been refunded for the excess charge. I have followed up on this complaint on numerous occasions and it has been noted more than once on your system. It has also been passed on to more senior management and yet it is still an outstanding error. This is unacceptable as I was told that this would be resolved before I emigrated to London, at the end of December 2013. I was also promised that I would be emailed confirmation that the error had been resolved. Neither of which has happened. My contract has subsequently been transferred to my mother. I have recently received my December statement and I still have not been credited for the error on Cell C's behalf. I expect immediate action!
