I have been a client of Vodacom's for more than 10 years now and I must say that since the introduction of data packages and bundles this company has proven it's greed over and over.

In June/July I bought a My gig once off for R149 using the *111# option on my cellphone. When I checked the data I immediately noticed that the full amount of data had not been credited to my account. SO I called vodacom and spoke to a gentlemen in there data division and basically sorted out the query. Or so I thought. Now for the past 4 months I have been noticing a debt on my account of a R149 for something I haven't signed up for or gave permission.

I call the centre last week and my requests gets logged S3-T6F3V-V30D0 and week later I get an sms from a Thado Daweti telling me I used the ussd/self service and the it's basically my fault.

For the love of I am not technically challenged and I know how to use my cellphone. I called in June when I picked up the system's error.

How much more money are you people going to charge me for DATA.

I'm freaking annoyed!!!
