I have been with MTN for many years and now have to change my network because of the rediculous service i received from both the agent Sandra Kannah and manger Roanne Juggannadh i have benn trying 2 days just top up a simple BIS package of R29 but was unable to do so because each time i try the automated servise tells me i have insufficient funds when i clearly had enough. I constantly had to keep topping up a few times but get the same message I spoke to the agent Sandra who kept insisting that my airtimes not missing its being used to access the internet when im clearly trying to purchase a bundle to access the internet and she kept repeating herself like a parrot i then requesting to speak to someone who can explain to me where my airtime is going if all i did was send a total of 2 messages Sandra then got a manager whos name is Roanne who told me the exact same thing and couldnt help or resolve my enquiry i have now in total had about R42.00 airtime after topping up again and attemping to purchase a the bis bundle i was again told i do not have enough funds and was told by another agent i have a total of R27.00 who also couldnt help me. This was the most horrible service i got
