25 HOURS ATTEMPTING TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is the 25th hour I have been trying to get hold of your contact centre at 808 and nobody ever answers. I even got up at 05h00 this morning to call hoping that someone would answer.

This is totally unacceptable. My service has been suspended and I cannot get through to someone to discuss.

If this is not taken care of today I will have no other option but to take it further.
