CALLED IN TODAY TO GET MY ACCOUNT UNLOCKED, WHICH WAS PAID ON THE DUE DATE AND I WAS TOLD TO WAIT TILL TOMORROW. NO OPTION WAS GIVEN TO SEND PROOF OF PAYMENT IN ORDER TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM TODAY. WHEN I REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO A MANGER I WAS PLACED ON HOLD AFTER WAITING FOR HALF AN HOUR TO GET THROUGH!! THE CALL ALONE COST ME 100 AND NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK!
YOU BETTER CREDIT MY ACCOUNT WITH THIS AMOUNT AS WELL AS FOR THE DAYS I HAD NO SERVICE BUT HAVE TO PAY FOR.THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
YOU SHOULD STRIVE FOR BETTER SERVICE.HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION? I
