Dear Telkom.

It is with utter DISGUST that I have resorted to having to lay a complaint with you over a social network. But maybe this is the only way to get your attention and voice my opinion.

It is unacceptable that my Internet line, which I pay for I might add, drops 29 times In ONE day!
It is also unacceptable that we have to contact your call centre atleast twice a week.
That we have your technicians out at our premises every 2nd weekend.
And that when attempting contact with your contact centre, and having spoken to a very abrupt, Sifiso, who has no customer skills, I have the phone put down in my ear.

Let me also make mention that At 8:45pm whilst attempting to contact your contact centre, I was advised by the voice prompts that he office hours are till 9pm, and then was cut off.
So whose the person in charge there that allows he contact centre to close before the time?

And whose the person responsible for my money.
That is what you're doing right?
I mean, paying for something which doesn't work. It's ludacris? Right?

Sort this out Telkom!!! And i expect my line to NEVER drop again.
