No one answers at the call cente

I am trying to get hold of someone at customer care now for 3 days. In total I think I have been on hold collectively for 2-3 hours. No one answers and I am getting extremely frustrated. Really bad service from them. I phone Vodacom and they answer in less than 5 minutes.
