Good day

I have taken out 2 Vodacom deals which was R99 pm for each device both consisting of 500mb of data and a Vodafone web book. These two contracts started from February 2013 and to date I have had endless problems with both the devices, from not connecting to simply not working at all! Both the web books have been for repairs and it is now on its second repair and I still have not used it? I as a loyal paying customer who is still currently paying for both the devices from February feel that this is unfair and would appreciate that both the contracts be cancelled and reimbursed as this is just a waste of my time and money.
