AUTOPAGE BILLS INCORRECTLY AND DOESN'T RESPOND

I have an ongoing problem with Altech Autopage Cellular. From this year, they suddenly decided to increase my data subscription amount. Initially, I phoned (and got through!) and was assured the credits had been passed and the computer system updated. Then the next bill would come incorrect, and so on. So now they have suspended my connectivity because I am behind, because they keep charging the wrong amount.

I have not had 3G connection for most of this month. When I try to phone, I first have to enter my cell phone number on this delightful automated answering service. When I do that, I keep getting a message to enter the number. I've tried entering my cell phone number, but I get the same response. I can't talk to a human.

I have posted an online query and am STILL waiting for someone to get back to me. So much for the 24-hours! I sent a fax to Craig Venter, CEO who also has not responded. So obviously the customer service example (or lack thereof) comes directly from him.

I need my account to be analysed, corrected and my 3G reconnected WITHOUT a reconnection fee. The back-up service provided with Altech Autopage Cellular's contracts is extremely poor.
