I've been a customer of Altech Autopage since 1999. Since i reniewed my contract in 2011 I am experiencing a lot of problems whereby I requested just as with the previous contracts that an itemised bill must be sent to me on a monthly basis. I am not receiving any statement what so ever and I have to phone every month to get the due amount payable to autopage. I also cancelled my debit order due to autopage not sending the debit orders threw on the date requested on the contract. For the last year and a half I am paying it with internet banking and now all of a sudden, debit orders are been sent threw my account which I did not agree on and no authorisation was given for any debit orders to be deducted from my account. I now have to pay bank charges on debit oders that were declined due to insuffciant funds in the account. I am a pensioner and therefor cannot afford to pay all the bank charges. On 25 November 2012 I went to the branch in Witbank wereby I spend and hour trying to sort the problem and the lady by the name of Veronica assured me that she requested the itemised bills and that the debit orders are cancelled. Still I do not receive any statements. What happened?
