On the 12 Oct 2013 I posted a complaint regarding how pathetic service MTN is giving me in not being able to tell me why I owe them R4000 for a account i never had with them. After visiting their call center no-one helped me after sitting in a line and they give me seat away to someone else. Then a I received a response from MTN from a Wenzile Masina their CIP Administrator. I do what they requested and go to the police and get an sworn statement to say I dont have an account with them. I fax it through and about a week later i get confirmation they received the documents but its unclear i must resend it. I then scan the documents and email it directly to this lady. No response further, i then reply on her email asking has this now been sorted out. No response again. This is now just 2 days short of a month with no response. I still continuously get calls from the lawyer firm they employ that i have to pay them otherwise further action will be taken.

I honostly understand now why we only premote Vodacom in our shop as MTN is truly the most pathetic when it comes to sorting out complaints. Do they even know what their job is or how to solve a complaint.
