Good day
When I enquired about the status of my vehcile hp account which I have been paying for more than 50 months, I was told that it was sent to collections. After being sent from pillar to post I was given a contact person's name but the phone only kept ringing. I was under the impression that this account was paid up.
I have lodged a complaint with the action line only to be informed that they have many emails to respond to and that they will be in touch (28 Feb 2013). I have sent another email to the action line this morning (4 Mar 2013).
Guess what; No response so I assume they must be very busy sorting out complaints.
Pathetic service.
