I request that you now check all correspondence between myself and MTN as your response does not even deserve a second look!!! You tell your managers, all who contacted me, to do their jobs appropriately.

You will now PROVIDE ME WITH YOUR OMBUDSMAN CONTACT DEATILS!!!

You have no authority to give me such a back handed response!!!

I will be reporting you, ESPECIALLY YOU, and your company.

I have been as pleasant and tried my utmost best to keep this internal however your company, and YOURSELF, has treated me with utter disrespect!!!

I will be filing all your "in the loo" responses to your ombudsman!!!

You just try responding to me they way you just did and I will lay a formal complaint directly against you... Your response shows very poor investigation!!!

Wake up MTN... Time to smell the coffee!!!
