I have been in a household for with Afrihost for many years now. I am the main reason we switched to this ISP and they are very very good. Unfortunately now that I am moving out and I wanted to use their new Mobile Data system I was disappointed. I saw that they were offering LTE capable mifi device since which I would need to connect multiple pc's. I saw that the device was listed as 'coming soon', and therefore I just wanted to contact Afrihost to enquire when their device might become available. A month after first enquiry I tried to contact them again via e-mail. I asked specifically for information on the MiFi LTE capable device. I was told to check their site and have a look at the LTE capable speed stick. This irritated me because I asked specifically whether they were still planning to release the mifi not the speed stick. I responded by e-mail stating this, and they just told me that when it is released I will be able to see it on the website (on the 28th Nov.) Today, after I nearly signed up and bought the inferior router (My Father stopped me, thank goodness) I see that it has been released. This service level was disappointing and I am doubting their mobile product.
