Pathetic response from MTN

I initially sent a query on the MTN active website on the the 26/06/2013 and got no response. I thereafter posted a complaint on hello peter and got a response from Wenzile Masina that the matter was being dealt with on the 05/07/2013. That was 10 days ago it is now the 15/07/2013 and i have still not been contacted from any person from MTN with regard to my query. Seems like all departments of MTN are incapable of performing there duties. Yet i will be billed on time for an amount that is incorrect. Yet if there is insufficient funds in an account than MTN very timeously deals with that to suspend accounts. TERRIBLE SERVICE. The number of complaints on hello peter itself displays this in addition to all the complaints on other social networks. SO DEAR MTN PLEASE DO YOUR JOB and sort my query out or i will lodge a consumer complaint!
