WHAT IS GOING ON WITH VODACOM!!!

What is going on with Vodacom signal?
I keep on loosing signal to Vodacom; phone shows "no service" then I have to turn my phone off and back on to get signal again.
I am not the only one experiencing this issue, and it is not limited to one location (Centorion, Midrand, Pretoria) it is really frustrating when you're on standby and you have to check your phone every 15 min to see if you still have signal and the restart it when there is no signal.
I phoned the customer care center and they couldn't even log a call as there "system" was down...!!!
is going on with Vodcom!! Our whole family has been loyal Vodacom customer for more than 10 year but I think we are definitely going to start moving our contracts over to MTN.
