On Tuesday I went to Vodacom Store at Vodaworld and did an upgrade from Blackberry to Samsung Galaxy Note 2 LTE.They did a swim swop with same number. Tuesday evening the Samsung worked perfectly at home (Hartbeespoortdam) but yesterday when I arrive near Midrand (I work there) my phone has no network coverage and says emergency calls only. I went to Vodacom Shop again on Wednesday and the guy tested the sim card and the phone. He told me that it's a network problem and I should just be patient hopefully in 2 hours it will be sorted out and he took my number to give me a call at the office to give me an update. Its more than 28 hours ago and still no news from the guy. Last night when I went home, my phone and sim card worked but then this morning as soon as I am in Gauteng no signal. I have spoken to many consultants and they all are investigating but I don't get any answers or solutions. It's the second day I can't use my phone in working hours. I mean how can I be the only one in the office with no Vodacom signal if all my co-workers with Vodacom has signal and no problems. The only answers I get - network issue or we need to investigate? This is not acceptable. Don't know what to do.
