I am currently using a virgin mobile contract and they normally debit my account on the 25thor 26th of everymonth unless otherwise those dates falls within a holiday then it will be debited on the 27th,
for the mont of Nov direct debit went on the 26th and to my suprise on the 30th i got a NAEDO TRACKED DEBT ORDER VMSA* N1000/000099*0008175 they debited the same amount of 149.00 that was already paid to them. Can Virgin Mobile verify that debit order and if they had to deduct in advance for december they could have called or sms to opt as usual. This morning i went to the bank absa to check if they can help me and told me i must call VIRGIN MOBILE.
