2nd complaint about same adsl problem still faulty

As per my previous report, I've reported my ADSL line stopped working Tuesday, two weeks ago.
Then Telkom took a week to get back to me... eventually the Sunday a technician came out to my house saying the Modem was faulty. I bought a new modem... still not working.
No currently I'm speaking to BA Kgasapane (a supervisor)... and he made me exchange the modem I bought. Still not working.
Now he says my keyboard is american and I'm typing in my password incorrectly. Which is rediculous.
I have a reference number now 39BTK251113 and NO ONE IS HELPING ME!

Every time I phone the technical team I have to go through the whole setup on the internet again and again and again and they are not listening to me... that I've done the exercise numerous times with NO LUCK!

Still 14 days later... after my initial complaint, my internet is still not working.

I don't know what to do any more???
