I refer to case 7136854.

All agents at 8ta/ Telkom Mobile Canal Walk are liars. All the agents claim that they offered to set up a LTE Router for me in store when this never happened. This is a way to save their own. How could all the agents even say this when I only spoke to one agent? The manager didn't even talk to me. Of course these agents are believed over me.

I've already sent this to [Email Removed] and absolutely nothing was done. I can't believe that a customer is being treated like this. Whatever happened to "the customer is always right"? Obviously this doesn't apply at 8ta/Telkom.
Definitely the worst mobile network provider.
