Morning. i need my contract sorted out as soon as possible. on Friday i noticed you debited my account wit R3659.31 and i am not aware of this horrific debit amount. i phoned on Friday and spoke to Sibongile and then to the team leader, Malcolm. none of them could assist me. they tell me i have 2 accounts, which i am not aware about. this is what happended: round about August i have noticed my cell phone was deactivated. i only realied it then because i dont use the phone alot. only then to find out that my debit order dates are wrong and i was not aware the contract was in arrears. then i spoke to Ivy and she assisted me by reativated my contract (not knowing that i have a new account nr now) the cancellation (as per Malcolm) is a penalty for the handset. i dont understand why this outstanding handset amount cant be added to my contract untill the contract expires in 17 months. because of this mess, i dont think you debited my account for R104.00. please tell me what account nr must i use to pay this R104.00 before you cut me off again. i want this sorted asap. thank you. you can contact me on 074 476 4556
