I have had this same problem with Cell C for 3 years. When i first started with Cell C my contract was under my fathers name Athol Kent. 2 years ago my father left the country he organised with Cell C to transfer the contract into my name, i signed the documents and we sent them in. I dont what has happened but it looks like it was never done and now i never get any help from the Call Centre because the contract is apparently not in my name but its funny how Cell C have no issue taking money off of my account which i can always put a stop on the debit order if i dont get any help because i have had enough. This is my second complaint about Cell C in less than 2 months. Also the woman would not help me because i didnt know what day Cell C debitted my account which i need to ask how is that a security question, i dont watch my account every month and check the dates of all my debit orders. I find the people at your call centre very unhelpful and its actually a waste of time phoning in. My contract says that i need to recharge my 3G but when i check online it says that i still have Data and i cant get help from the call centre. This needs to be sorted out!!
