Unhappy about cancellation of the my contract

Good day

im a a very unhappy customer with regards to the treatment i have received from cell c and i about the cancellation of my contract. i signed up for the contract last year sometime and i pay R110.00 but i missed 2payments on the 3rd month which was february i called in befor payday to arrange for my account to be debited for the full owed amount kept funds on my bank account up until the 28th but it was never taken and i used the money. now i went to enquire about the current amount outstanding and to arrange a debit order for the payment to be take. was informed that my line has been permanently disconnected and my contract has been cancelled and i have to call to get a settement amount after paying R707.00 that is outstanding.

i made attempts and tried to arrange to pay for my contract but cell c failed to oblige to that and now im been told that theres no record of any arrangement on the system to pay the account which is not true. i would just like to have my line reopened again as soon as i pay and continue with my contract but it seems like nobody cares about that all they want is the settlement for the handset and remainder of the contract.
