BEING CHARGED FOR BILLIONS OF DATA USAGE 3rd TIME

My bills are outrageous. This month I'm literally being charged for a billion MB usage I REFUSE TO PAY THIS. this is the THIRD TIME that it has happened in a row! what is going on? this is disgusting VODACOM that ROB your customers this way. I demand this sorted once and for all
