Frustration from 8ta/Telkom Mobile

Telkom Mobile is frustrating the out of me. They sold me an internet modem that is faulty. After I carefully explained to the guy at Southgate that my computer is an iMac, he went on to sell me the Microsoft one. Now, it doesn't work and no one at Telkom answers the phone.
