Still no response from previous complaint

Its been a week and no one from vodacom called me so I decided to take the phone to vodacom 4 u store in lenasia trade route mall, after explaining the problem with the phone I was advised to take it to a vodashop yet im sure I took out that contract at that store, can vodacom please advise me where I can get assistance from as no one seems tl want to help, the contract phone I am having a problem with is the BB z10, the battery omly lasts 2 hours, problem started 2 weeks ago, please call me on 0845974029 or 0823399865
