Money from me and stalling to pay me back

Altech autopage has been taking money from my accout every month for data I did not request and that is not even activated according to their system. I am on a top up contract and have a fixed debit order amount but it seems no one seems to be able to answer me with regards to the additional costs on my monthly payment.
I'm highly dissapointed with the service. The call centre agents seem to know nothing about service & even hung up the phone in my ear when I try and inquire when I will be getting my money back.
It's been close to two months that I've been struggling with this. This is unacceptable!
