VIP contract, but phone always in for repairs

I understand it's not the store, it's Vodacom the company, but unfortunately this is the store I keep going to. I handed my phone in to be fixed in Dec, it came back not being fixed as per my previous complaint. All they keep saying is 'sorry'. Because of work it took me a while to book it back in, but I did in the beginning of the month. Two weeks later, I got back a 'refurbished' phone, but that same day I saw it has all the same problems. I took it back and the friendly service guy, Bradley, said, all he can do is book it back in again. So I booked it in, AGAIN, for the 3rd time. I asked for the manager, but after waiting for a while I decided to just go. I have a VIP Premium contract which I pay a lot for every month. What is the point if I never have a phone? My phone has been having the same problems ever since I got it. They've tested the battery on all three previous occasions and said it's the phone. Why do I have to keep struggling like this? My contract is with Vodacom, I pay x amount for the phone, calls, data etc., but I don't get what I pay for and not what the contract says. Should I cancel the contract and sign up for a new one to get a new phone?
