DAMAGED I PAD

Telecommunications

Good Day, I wish to report that round about April last year we took out a 24 month contract with Vodacom for a Samsung I Pad, round about August the IPad stopped working and we took it to a Vodashop in Hatfield. We were advised that the IPad had a battery fault, which they said they had replaced and it should be working. About January, the I Pad started to have a battery problem again, It was charging very slowly to an extent of 24 hrs before its full again. We took it to a vodashop again & they advised that it should be a software problem, they advise that we must do a software upgrade which we did and nothing changed. On Sat the 25th we took it back to a Vodashop so that they can help us with repairs. They phoned us on Monday the 28th and advise that we need to pay R1 200.00 to replace the bettery. I do not have R1 200 pay and furthermore, Samsung or Vodacom should deal with the battery problem because I cannot replace a battery 2 times in one year. This means that their device was initially faulty and I cannot suffer their problems. The I Pad was faulty when they sold it to me, thats according to my opinion. Can someone please let me know what I should do with the IPAD.
