No technicians available on weekends to fix fault

I run a busy take away outlet where all orders are placed telephonically. I reported a fault on my telkomline ans was told that it will take 24to 48hrs to have it fixed as no technicians work weekends. Saturdays and Sundays are my busiest day's. Why do we have tp pay premium rates to receive mediocre service or actually no service at all.
