Excellent response time to reported fault

I reported a fault on my Telkom line via their website on the evening of the 26th of February. The technicians arrived early afternoon of the 27th February to repair the fault.
This is the type of service that needs to be commended and I hope that Telkom will keep up the high standards that they are setting themselves.
