I reported my fault telephone line with Telkom on 8/10/2013 at 11h55. I spoke to Nelisiwe she told me that the fault has been locked for my faulty telephone line and that they are waiting on Technicians to attend to the reported fault.

It has now been 3 days and I am still waiting on them to attend to my faulty telephone line. I have been contacting Telkom every day since i reported the fault and still I get the same answer.

So it seems like they don't care about there clients.

I AM PRETTY SURE I WON'T HERE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!
