Defective S4 battery

I am trying to get a new battery for my Galaxy S4 battery. It is swelling, and I cant take my very expensive phone off charge. I am in the process of moving and my son was in the hospital. I cant be without a phone, so therefore cannot send it away. For 4 weeks now the store has promised to get me a battery... I still dont have one. Yet, last night my full monthly payment went off my bank account. Really disappointed in vodacom.
