When is Vodacom going to acknowledge that the Samsung Galaxy S4 has a defective battery and put a system in place that will remedy this problem without further inconveniencing or frustrating their customers?

Initially I was very excited about upgrading from a rapidly deteriorating BlackBerry Torch, to the new Galaxy S4. However, having visited numerous Vodacom outlets only to be told that it is out of stock, I almost gave up on them all together. I was finally able to acquire one at Vodacom's Hatfield branch, yet was again disappointed to learn that the data promotion I was looking to get was only available to online customers, despite the fact that it did not state this detail on their website.

Three months later the battery is swelling up and the phone keeps resetting, rendering it functionally useless as a smartphone. The battery is still under warranty, yet I was told that I now have to go to the Vodacom repair shop for a replacement, even though this is a well documented problem with the phone in question. Considering the frustration and inconvenience I have suffered thus far, I do not appreciate having to drive elsewhere, or being without a phone as it is being "tested".
