WORST MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!

I have been a vodacom client for many of years. The last 12 months the vodacom reception is very bad. We hardly ever have signal. When you do eventually get through to someone (after numerous attempts) you cant hear a thing as the line keeps on breaking up. One of my phones loses signal every afternoon at around 6pm and only regains signal in the following morning. is this peak time and some numbers gets disconnected? My BBM service works only certain parts of the day. I have logged complaints with the customer care and sent emails but no response. I took my phones to the Highveld Mall vodashop to make sure it is not my phones that are faulty and the consultant advised me that vodacom does have signal problems that will take time to fix. Is this a money making (so we keep on phoning over and over to have a conversation) or is this just very poor service delivery? I want to cancel my contracts but Im bound by a signed contract but I feel that vodacom is not providing what I am paying for.
