I am utterly disgusted with the MTN service. I signed a 2 year contract where I payed R279 per month which ended in July of 2013. I then went into the store and didn't see any phone that I liked. I spoke to the consultant and he told me that I don't have to take a phone and that when I saw a phone that I don't like I can come to renew my contract. He reassured me that I will only be charged for my BIS and airtime until I renew my contract. Since August MTN has beed charging me R338, I went into the store on 3 occassions to sort out this mess to no avail. The consultants told me that MTN is charging me for a service fee that they shouldn't be charging me for and they logged my account twice already. I am very upset that MTN is over charging me as I didn't sign a contract of R279 for 2 years and there after R338 per month! How can they be taking money from my account without my permission? I want my money back in my account and I will cancel all dealings with MTN. I am very disappointed by this bad experience with MTN.
