Charging Me Extra Unnecessarily

In August, I opened a new contract with Cell C, it was for the Q5, with the lite BB plan, so it included 600MB pm, 100 Minutes and 100 sms's etc etc.

2-3 months later i realised that Cell C, charged me extra for using 232MB, because it was over 100mb. Now this is ridiculous because i am allocated 100mb 500mb (BB Lite Plan). and this happened the second month too.

I called in several times, received several references, they said they will get back to me within 48 hours and not ONCE did they get back to me which resulted in me calling in over and over again. When i called in for the first time they told me that the sales person who was in charge of the contract did not activate the BB Lite Plan, and that they would credit me the extra charges incurred, now its about 4 months down the line and ive received NOTHING.

Now im fed up, and my patience has been exhausted, the latest reference i received is: 1311260000326813 .

Completely Fed up because its been 36 Hours since this reference if im correct and no contact attempt was made.
