Voucher and online account disabled

During August 2013 I was registered with the vodacom website and had a voucher in the amount of R4590.00, voucher number 776867611 for number 0714395472. Upon attempting to log in recently I found that my account under 0714395472 does not exist. What happened to my voucher and details. Lucky I printed a copy of the details during April 2013. Looking forward to receiving a response in writing.
