Ecoin via Groupon!!!

I ordered coins from Ecoin via Groupon and received a voucher. The instructions on the voucher says that I must copy and paste the voucher number on Ecoin's website. THERE IS NO PLACE ON THE WEBSITE TO COPY THE VOUCHER NUMBER TO!!! I tried phoning them, as I get no response from any of my mails, but just get put through to Patrick who NEVER answers his phone or come back to me. I wonder if Patrick realy exist! Ecoin got their money and I have nothing! I paid over R5 000 for nothing. PLEASE EVERYONE- DO NOT USE GROUPON OR ECOIN. YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY!
