Blackberry Protect and your service is a MYTH

Today I called your callcentre on 0800988892 and the service that I was received was a debacle of note.
My blackberry was Saturday 23 November 2013. When I bought the handset, I activated Blackberry Protect on it immediately. Now the first time that I actually need to see this BB Protect work - it doesn't. I went to Blackberry Protect website, logged in with my blackberryid email and password, could NOT view the location of the handset, could NOT do any of the OPTIONS on the website that it said this software is supposed to do...
