Voucher received a week after expiry date

On the 10 Apr 2013 I received a Truworths account fashion voucher. The voucher had already expired on the 07 of April 2013. The letter was dated 24 February 2013. As far as i'm aware it is common knowledge that johannesburg has a postal delayed issue since last year, that is why the other retailers have sms'd statement and voucher numbers as well as post them so that customer can enjoy the benefits. I would appreciate a new voucher to be emailed to me.
