Im very sad and frustrated at the same time. Telkom Mobile has provided me with the worst service one could ever imagine. Im not even sure if they have channels of escalations as same level of poor service is portrayed throughtout most of staff. My nightmare begun at the begnning of Nov when i wanted to cancel my month to month data contract. I specifically requested that it be cancelled end of Nov '13. I was then advised of 30 days notice to process that cancellation, i didnt have a problem with that, until i was told that they will be cancelling my contract end of [URL Removed] on now, im sure you can pretty see that this is not 30 days??? I have been sending numerous emails to thier cancellations department throughout the week, but to date, i havent received feedback regarding my cancellation.
Can someone at Telkom do what they paid for and cancel my contract end of November 2013? My case number is 7127236 AND PLEASE NOTE THAT I DO NOT WISH TO BE CONTACTED BY YOUR RETENTION DEPARTMENT!!!
