We have a contract of R89. Our banking details changed and we notified mtn of new banking details TWICE!! Thoughit went through since we didnt receive sms under R100. After a few months the phone is simply cut off and we receive a red letter of their attorneys that we must pay R4700! We phoned and they said that we only have to pay R270 for 3 months and then R120 for reconnecting! It is now a year and we still paying that and suddenly R1500 for reconnection!! AND every time they phone they cannot send us a list of payments we made and what is outstanding! We have 3 contracts with mtn and with this incompetent issue, cancelling everyone next year!
