I am at a complete loss for words for the ridiculous nature of the service that we have received from Discovery Vitality.

We joined Vitality from 1 January 2013. There was confusion as to whether it would be paid for by our company or privately. I called in to confirm that I would be paying for Vitality privately and updated my banking details with an agent on the phone.

Last month I discovered that my Vitality was cancelled. I was not notified of this happened. I was told that it was because no payments were received. I was not aware of the payments bouncing. I discovered that my banking details were captured incorrectly. It took a rigmarole of phone calls and ages of infuriating time on the phone to get our Vitality reinstated. We accumulated around 30000 points prior to this happening and those are yet to be reinstated. I paid the outstanding amount. Once again my account STILL hasn't been debited (I updated my details AGAIN), I suddenly haven Discovery Miles (??? - which we never applied for but was given to me months ago which I cancelled after being billed) and I am at the end of my tether.

I don't know what else to do. Please - PLEASE - sort this out.
